Capitol Kids Sports, LLC mission is to provide not only a fitness based program but also one rich in character education. Values such as respect, honesty, confidence, and teamwork are just a few that our instruction focuses on. Our goal is to have student athletes who are active / fit, knowledgeable of the game, confident of their own skills, and respectful of the game and those around them.
AFTER SCHOOL CLUB SPORTS
Club sports will be offered on a rolling schedule that meets the needs of our student athletes and families. Sessions will focus on overall fitness, character building, team play, skill development and game knowledge. Our typical seasonal schedule is:
Fall: Flag Football , Basketball , Soccer , & Cheerleading
Winter: Flag Football , Basketball , Soccer , & Cheerleading
Spring: Flag Football , Basketball , Soccer , & Cheerleading
ONE on ONE TRAINING
If your student athlete is interested in a more direct instruction method; 1-1 sessions may just be the perfect fit for you. During these sessions, a much more in depth approach is taken. After an initial meeting, a long term plan will be mapped out so that sessions achieve the student athlete's desired outcome. The use of video equipment is one tool that is commonely used during these sessions to analyze strengths and areas for improvement.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Does your child have a small group of friends or teammates that they would like to train with? Why not take advantage of our small group training sessions. Groups are typically made up of 4 to 6 student athletes. However, we can design training sessions / programs for any number in your group.
